- 1 ¼ c flour
- 1 T paprika
- 1 T old bay seasoning
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- 1 T white pepper
- ½ c milk
- 1 egg
- Combine beaten egg and milk.
- Mix flour and seasonings.
- Slice onion and pull apart the rings.
- Dip rings in milk and egg bath then into the flour seasoning mixture.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
