  • 6 lbs chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
  • 1 ½ c Louisiana style hot sauce
  • ¾ c butter
  • 1 c honey
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  1. Grill, fry or bake the chicken wings until done.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.  
  3. Pour over cooked wings, stirring to coat.  
  • You may make extra sauce and marinate the wings prior to cooking.  
  • Do not use marinade to coat cooked chicken wings.
