Bacon-Wrapped Little Smokies

One of my favorite apps. Bacon, little hotdogs, and brown sugar, so simple but so tasty.

  • 1 ½ pkg little smokies
  • 1 lb brown sugar
  • 1 pkg center cut bacon
  • Cut bacon in thirds 
  1. Wrap each little smokie in a piece of bacon. 
  2. Place on jelly roll pan, no space between smokies. 
  3. Cover with brown sugar, may not take the entire pound but be generous. 
  4. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes until brown sugar is melted and bacon is done. 
  5. Enjoy!
