  • 2 – 10 oz pkg frozen white corn
  • 8 oz whipping cream
  • 8 oz milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • pinch white pepper
  • 2 T butter melted
  • 2 T flour
  1. Combine all ingredients except butter & flour.  
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.  
  3. Blend flour with melted butter.  Add to boiling corn and simmer for an additional minute or two to slightly thicken.  
  4. Optional finish:  Pour into an oven proof dish, dust with parmesan cheese, dot with butter and place under broiler until brown.
