  • 32 oz bottle catsup
  • Rinse bottle with 16 oz water, add to catsup
  • 1 lb brown sugar
  • 2 T liquid smoke
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • ¼ c oil
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  1. Put everything into a large saucepan and bring to a boil, let cool. 
  2. Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
