Brisket

  • 1 large brisket
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  1. Trim excess fat leaving enough on meat to keep it moist
  2. Cover with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and sliced onions.
  3. Roast at 275 for 6 hours covered,
  4. Uncover and add bbq sauce and cook for another ½ hour.
