Chicken Pot Pie
- 3 c chicken breast cooked, cubed
- 26 oz can cream of chicken soup
- ½ c milk
- 2 c cheese
- 10 pkg frozen vegetables
- Refrigerated pie crusts, 1 crust per small pie
- Mix together the first 5 ingredients and set aside; spray individual baking dishes with Pam.
- Cut a circle from the dough 1 ½ inch larger than the top of the bowl you are using to bake pies in.
- Line bowl with crust, divide filling among bowls, top with lattice made of pie dough scraps.
- Bake 350 for 1 hour or until the top crust is done.
- Note: I use 1 ½ filling recipe for 8 pies.
