Chicken Pot Pie

  • 3 c chicken breast cooked, cubed
  • 26 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ c milk
  • 2 c cheese
  • 10 pkg frozen vegetables
  • Refrigerated pie crusts, 1 crust per small pie
  1. Mix together the first 5 ingredients and set aside; spray individual baking dishes with Pam.
  2. Cut a circle from the dough 1 ½ inch larger than the top of the bowl you are using to bake pies in.  
  3. Line bowl with crust, divide filling among bowls, top with lattice made of pie dough scraps.  
  4. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until the top crust is done.  
  5. Note: I use 1 ½ filling recipe for 8 pies.
