Chile Relleno
- 1 c half and half
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 can tomato sauce
- ½ lb jack cheese, grated
- ½ lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 (4oz) cans whole green chilies; split, rinse and drain
- Mix half and half, eggs and flour until smooth
- Layer in 2 qt dish; chili, cheese, sauce (save ½ c cheese for top)
- Pour tomato sauce over top sprinkle with remaining cheese
- Bake for 1 hour at 350.
