Berry Cobbler

  • 2 pkg frozen blackberries or boysenberries
  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (butter recipe)
  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  1. Preheat oven to 375.  
  2. Place frozen berries in a glass pan, 9×13.  
  3. Sprinkle cake mix over the berries (shake the pan to get cake mix to fall through and cover the top of berries.)  
  4. Slice butter into squares and completely cover the cake mix with butter.  
  5. Bake on top rack at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.  
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
