Cheesecake (low carb)

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 3 ½ c Cool Whip
  • Crushed Grahamcracker for the crust (or preformed pie crust)
  • 1 c sour cream
  • fruit topping
  1. Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar.  
  2. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.  
  3. Fold in whipped topping, blending well.  
  4. Spoon into crust.  
  5. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.  
  6. Serve topped with fruit.
