Crust:
- ½ c butter
- 1 small pkg cream cheese
- 1 c flour
- Mix with hands.
- Make into small balls (3/4 – 1 inch in diameter)
- Press into tiny muffin tins and use your thumb to shape into a small shell.
- Makes 2 dozen.
Filling:
- 1 T melted butter
- ½ c chopped pecans
- ¾ c dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg beaten
- Combine all ingredients and fill unbaked shells 2/3 full.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the pan.
