- 2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- ½ c powdered sugar
Mix and press into a 9×13 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350.
- 2 c sugar
- 4 T flour
- 8 T fresh lemon juice
- 4 eggs beaten
Combine and pour onto hot crust after it has baked for 20 minutes and bake an additional 20 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut, and serve.
