• 4 c flour
  • 1 ½ c margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • Place flour in a bowl; cut in margarine as for pastry.  Add 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla.  Mix well.  Chill.  
  • Divide dough into 8 parts; roll out on a board dusted with powdered sugar.  Roll into a circle 1/8 inch thick.  
  • Cut into 8-12 wedges; brush with a mixture of beaten egg whites, 3 T powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.  
  • Sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll loosely into a crescent.  
  • Brush each roll with egg white mixture.  
  • Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture.  
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until golden.  
  • Makes 100 cookies.
