- ½ c melted butter
- ½ c dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large package vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 18 frozen Parker House rolls
- Butter an angel food/Bundt pan.
- Mix together all ingredients
- If you want nuts in the topping, put them in the buttered pan first.
- Place 18 frozen parker house rolls over the nuts.
- Pour the mixture of butter, sugar, cinnamon and pudding over the top of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with a dish towel and set aside overnight.
- In the morning uncover and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 oven.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a large plate.
