Apricot Chicken

  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or other pieces
  • ½ envelope Lipton dry onion soup and dip mix
  • 8 oz Wishbone Russian style salad dressing
  • ½ – ¾ c of apricot preserves or apricot pineapple preserves
  1. Heat oven to 350.  
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a casserole dish.  
  3. Mix the soup mix, dressing and jam together and pour over chicken. 
  4. Cover dish and bake for 1 – 1 ½ hours.
