Apricot Chicken
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or other pieces
- ½ envelope Lipton dry onion soup and dip mix
- 8 oz Wishbone Russian style salad dressing
- ½ – ¾ c of apricot preserves or apricot pineapple preserves
- Heat oven to 350.
- Place the chicken pieces in a casserole dish.
- Mix the soup mix, dressing and jam together and pour over chicken.
- Cover dish and bake for 1 – 1 ½ hours.
