Avocado Aioli

  • 2 avocados peeled, seeds removed
  • 2 cloves of garlic freshly minced
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons Mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 Table spoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 lemons worth of juice
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon canned diced jalapenos

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
