  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, don’t drain
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
  1. Mix together and bake in a 2 quart casserole dish for 1 ½ hours at 350.
