Beef Dip Sandwiches
- Deli Roast Beef, rare and sliced a little thicker than usual
- Rolls
- Mayonnaise
- Provolone
- Au Jus
- Heat au jus in a saucepan.
- Add beef to heat through, don’t overcook.
- Split rolls and spread with mayonnaise, add provolone and broil until golden brown.
- Dip bread in au jus and add beef to sandwich and serve with additional au jus.
