Beef Dip Sandwiches

  • Deli Roast Beef, rare and sliced a little thicker than usual
  • Rolls
  • Mayonnaise
  • Provolone
  • Au Jus
  1. Heat au jus in a saucepan.  
  2. Add beef to heat through, don’t overcook.  
  3. Split rolls and spread with mayonnaise, add provolone and broil until golden brown.  
  4. Dip bread in au jus and add beef to sandwich and serve with additional au jus.
