Cherry Cheese Tarts

• 18 vanilla wafers
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 16 oz cream cheese
• ½ c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 c cherry pie filling

1. Beat cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for 5 minutes.  
2. Place paper liners in muffin tins.  
3. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner.  
4. Fill with cheese mixture to about ¼ inch from top of liners.  
5. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350, or until set.  
6. When cool, spoon pie filling on top and place in refrigerator.  
7. Serve with a dab of whipped cream.
