- 1 2/3 c olives
- ½ c chop green pepper
- ½ c butter
- ½ minced garlic clove
- ¼ c cornstarch
- 1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- ½ c chopped onion
- Sauté pepper, onion and garlic in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with corn chips.
- Keep hot while serving.
