  • 1 2/3 c olives
  • ½ c chop green pepper
  • ½ c butter
  • ½ minced garlic clove
  • ¼ c cornstarch
  • 1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese
  • ½ c chopped onion
  1. Sauté pepper, onion and garlic in butter. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients.  
  3. Cook until the cheese is melted.  
  4. Serve with corn chips.  
  5. Keep hot while serving.
