Dave’s Spinach Quiche
- 1 pkg Stouffer’s Spinach Soufflé thawed
- 3 eggs
- 4 ½ T milk
- 3 T chopped onions
- ½ c sliced mushrooms
- 1 c mild Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 1 c grated Swiss cheese
- Mix all ingredients & pour into a 9” deep dish pie shell.
- Bake at 400 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serves 4-6
