Dave’s Spinach Quiche

  • 1 pkg Stouffer’s Spinach Soufflé thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ½  T milk
  • 3 T chopped onions
  • ½ c sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c mild Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 c grated Swiss cheese
  1. Mix all ingredients & pour into a 9” deep dish pie shell.  
  2. Bake at 400 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.  
  3. Serves 4-6
