- Beat 1 egg & 1 tsp. salt together
- Stir in 1 c milk & ½ tsp. baking powder
- Add 2 c flour (more if necessary)
Beat until smooth & drop by tsp. in boiling salted water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until firm.

I learned how to make these dumplings from the best! Paula Franta showed me how to make these after marrying her son. One of my favorites, and Paula always jokes that she has to double the recipe when I’m eating! Lol!
