German Caraway Meatballs
- 25 – 1 ½” meat balls (if frozen heat thru)
- 1 (10 ½ oz) can beef broth
- 1 (3 oz) can sliced mushrooms
- ½ c chopped onion
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 T flour
- ½ – 1 tsp. caraway seed
- In a large skillet combine the meat balls, beef broth, mushrooms and onion.
- Simmer covered 30 minutes.
- Blend sour cream, flour & caraway seed; stir into broth.
- Cook & stir until mixture thickens.
- Serve over spaetzle or cooked rice.
