Great Grandma’s Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef (add last)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 regular size saltine crackers
  • salt and pepper
  1. crush crackers and season with celery leaves or seed
  2. Add enough milk to moisten, real gooey
  3. Combine all ingredients 
  4. Bake in the oven at 375 for 1 hour.  Cover for the first 30 minutes, uncover for the last 30 minutes.
