  • 1 pkg burrito sized flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 small can diced Ortega chilies, do not drain
  • 1 med can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 small pkg frozen spinach chopped
  • 1 pkg sliced ham (12oz)
  1. Cook spinach (squeeze water out.)  
  2. Make paste of cream cheese, chilies, olives and drained spinach.  Spread on tortillas.  
  3. Place thin sliced ham on top of paste and roll.  
  4. Wrap the roll in saran wrap and chill in refrigerator overnight.  
  5. Slice it with a very sharp knife and serve.
