- 1 pkg burrito sized flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 small can diced Ortega chilies, do not drain
- 1 med can chopped black olives, drained
- 1 small pkg frozen spinach chopped
- 1 pkg sliced ham (12oz)
- Cook spinach (squeeze water out.)
- Make paste of cream cheese, chilies, olives and drained spinach. Spread on tortillas.
- Place thin sliced ham on top of paste and roll.
- Wrap the roll in saran wrap and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Slice it with a very sharp knife and serve.
