Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, test for doneness with a toothpick, cool 10 minutes and invert on a serving dish.
Icing: 2 cups powdered sugar and rest of lemon juice. Prick the top of the cake with a fork so the icing will seep in. Pour over the cake while it is still hot.
