1 tsp. kosher salt (if using salted butter, decrease salt to ½ tsp.)
Preheat oven 350.
Place pecans on a sheet pan and bake for 5 minutes to crisp; cool, chop coarsely
Beat butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar together on medium speed until light & fluffy. With the mixer on low, add the eggs & vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together into a med bowl. On low, slowly add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Add the oats, raisins and pecans and mix just until combined.
Drop by tablespoons 2” mounds of dough onto a sheet pan. Flatten slightly with a damp hand. Bake 12 – 15 min until light browned.
