  • 1 ¼ c flour
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1 T old bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 T white pepper
  • ½ c milk
  • 1 egg

  1. Combine beaten egg and milk.
  2. Mix flour and seasonings.
  3. Slice onion and pull apart the rings.
  4. Dip rings in milk and egg bath then into the flour seasoning mixture.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
