• 1 c confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter
  • 5 T unsalted butter, at room temp
  • ¾ tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/3 c heavy cream
  1. Place the confectioner’s sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and salt in the bowl, mix on med-low until creamy, scraping down the bowl as you work.  
  2. Add the cream and beat on high until the mixture is light and smooth.  
  3. Perfect for chocolate cupcakes.
