- 1 c confectioner’s sugar
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 5 T unsalted butter, at room temp
- ¾ tsp. vanilla
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 c heavy cream
- Place the confectioner’s sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and salt in the bowl, mix on med-low until creamy, scraping down the bowl as you work.
- Add the cream and beat on high until the mixture is light and smooth.
- Perfect for chocolate cupcakes.
