- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 ¼ c water
- Blend all ingredients, except nuts, at low speed on an electric mixer; then beat 4 minutes at med.
- Add the nuts and blend.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes in a 9×13 inch cake pan.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.
