- 1 can or jar baby beets
- 1 c vinegar
- ½ c sugar
- Dash of salt
- Drain beets, saving liquid.
- Put sugar, salt, beets, and 1 c liquid from beets and vinegar in the sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.
