Pork Steak in Ketchup

• Pork steak
• onion, sliced
• Heinz/Hunt’s Ketchup
• caraway seed

1. Brown steak; add onion, ketchup, and caraway seed.  
2. Simmer on low until done.  
3. Serve with boiled, peeled, or diced potatoes with caraway seeds.
