Prime Rib
- 16 lb prime rib roast
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Remove roast from the refrigerator 1 hour min. prior to roasting
- Sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Place on rack in shallow roasting pan
- Add 1 cup water to bottom of pan
- Roast at 350 for about 3 hours, monitor temperature of meat
- Remove from oven at 120-125 and let rest
