Prime Rib

  • 16 lb prime rib roast
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  1. Remove roast from the refrigerator 1 hour min. prior to roasting 
  2. Sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  3. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan
  4. Add 1 cup water to bottom of pan
  5. Roast at 350 for about 3 hours, monitor temperature of meat
  6. Remove from oven at 120-125 and let rest
