- 4 c flour
- 1 ½ c margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 T cinnamon
- 1 box powdered sugar
- Place flour in a bowl; cut in margarine as for pastry. Add 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well. Chill.
- Divide dough into 8 parts; roll out on a board dusted with powdered sugar. Roll into a circle 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into 8-12 wedges; brush with a mixture of beaten egg whites, 3 T powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll loosely into a crescent.
- Brush each roll with egg white mixture.
- Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Makes 100 cookies.
