Sour Cream Biscuits

  • 1 c sour cream, whipped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 2/3 c flour
  • ½ tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • (add 3 T sugar when using for shortcake)
  1. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the whipped sour cream. 
  2. Roll and cut into biscuits.  Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.  
  3. The secret of these biscuits is speed.  Makes 12 biscuits.
