- 1 c sour cream, whipped
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 c flour
- ½ tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- (add 3 T sugar when using for shortcake)
- Add the sifted dry ingredients to the whipped sour cream.
- Roll and cut into biscuits. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
- The secret of these biscuits is speed. Makes 12 biscuits.
One of our favorite recipe’s!!! Make this with lots of sugar added and eat with strawberries and whipped cream. Yum!!!
