Strata
- 3 c cubed ham
- 6 eggs
- 3 c cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
- ½ diced onion
- 2 ½ c half & half
- 3 T butter
- 1 lb pork sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 2 T chopped green pepper
- ¾ loaf French bread crust off & cubed
- Salt & pepper
- Sauté onion & green pepper in butter set aside.
- Butter 9×13 pan; layer bread, ham, cheese, bacon, sausage in pan.
- Put veggies on top.
- Mix eggs, half & half, mustard, salt & pepper blend. Pour over the pan and let set-up for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Bake 350 1 hour until done, golden and puffed.
