- 6 lbs chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
- 1 ½ c Louisiana style hot sauce
- ¾ c butter
- 1 c honey
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Grill, fry or bake the chicken wings until done.
- Mix sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour over cooked wings, stirring to coat.
- You may make extra sauce and marinate the wings prior to cooking.
- Do not use marinade to coat cooked chicken wings.
