Symphony Brownies

  • 1 box brownie mix for a 9×13 pan.  Don’t use the one with added pudding or chocolate syrup.
  • 3 (6oz) Symphony milk chocolate bars with almonds & toffee chips.
  1. Heat oven to 350.  
  2. Spray 9×13 baking dish with Pam.  
  3. In a bowl stir brownie mix and all ingredients called for on the box.  
  4. Spread ½ the batter in the prepared baking dish.  Lay chocolate bars on batter; they should exactly fit into the dish.  Cover bars with remaining brownie batter, using the back of a spoon or a spatula to spread evenly.
  5. All chocolate bars should be covered, although it will look like a thin layer. Bake for 30 minutes.  Remove from the oven and cool the pan on a rack.  
  6. When cool, cut brownies and serve.
