• 1 c flour
  • ½ c walnuts, chopped
  • ½ c butter

Blend well. Spread into a 9×13 dish.  Bake 15 minutes at 350

  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c Cool Whip
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese

Mix and spread on cooled crust

  • 2 ½ – 3 c milk
  • 1 small pkg French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding

Beat and spread onto the cheese layer; top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool completely.
