  • 4 ripe avocados                                          
  • 1 T mild salsa
  • ½ T sour cream                                          
  • garlic salt
  • Salt & pepper                                             
  • lemon juice

Cut avocados into bite-size pieces and place them in a bowl and mash slightly.  Add salsa, sour cream, a dash of garlic salt, a splash of lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.  Mix all ingredients and serve immediately. 

Note:  leave an avocado seed in the bowl to help prevent the guacamole from turning brown.
