Rachel’s BBQ Chicken Salad

  • Iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • frozen chicken patties
  • Grated cheese
  • ranch dressing
  • Bbq sauce
  • tortilla strips, optional
  1. Cook chicken patties until crisp, cool and chop.  
  2. Wash, dry and chop lettuce into fine pieces.  
  3. Place lettuce and cheese in a large bowl.  Set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. When ready to serve, add chicken and tortilla strips.
  5. Toss with bbq sauce and ranch dressing to taste.
